Handcrafted necks offer a level of attention to detail, quality, and customization that mass-produced products simply can't match. Each neck is made one at a time, carefully shaped and finished by a skilled luthier, ensuring not only aesthetic beauty but long-term playability and tone.
The process begins with selecting the right wood based on tone, stability, and aesthetics. From there, the neck is rough cut, shaped to your chosen profile, routed for truss rods and tuners, fretted, sanded, finished, and inspected. Every step is performed by hand or with precision tools to ensure a custom fit and feel.
I use a combination of traditional hand tools (chisels, rasps, files), woodworking machinery (band saws, drill presses, routers), and specialized fret tools (fret saws, leveling beams, crowning files) to shape and perfect each neck.
Orders are placed directly through our website using a step-by-step configurator that lets you select woods, shapes, inlays, frets, and other features. If you need help, we’re just an email or phone call away to assist with choices and special requests.
Changes can be made within 72 hours of placing your order. After that, production begins and modifications may incur additional fees or not be possible, depending on the build stage. However, I will notify you when I begin to build your custom order, so even if past the 72hr mark, you might still be able to make changes that affect the very start of production.
